The dream of finding the natural ingredient for prevention and treatment of infectious skin diseases, such as  Impetigo, without adverse effects in replacement of conventional medication has not been abated. Some ingredients have to discard because of not achieving the same potent results in human trials.
Scientist community may have found the smoothie(combined ingredients of garlic, olive and coconut oils) with potential and therapeutic value for reduced risk and treatment of Impetigo without adverse effects.

Impetigo is a contagious skin disease infection affecting mostly children and infants.

According to the recent studies by the well known institutions, green tea(3) and Grapes(1) , may hold a key for potential and therapeutic values for attenuated symptoms and treatment of Impetigo.

Green tea contains more amount of antioxidants than any drinks or food with the same volume, and is the leaves of Camellia sinensis, undergone minimal oxidation during processing, originated from China. According to the, it extract has exhibited weak antibacterial effect of amoxicillin in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infected mice(3). But its polyphenols (TPP), showed a significant effects in the same methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA, the bacteria also responsible for induction of Impetigo in children and infants) through regulating the expression of various proteins in Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)(4).
Against streptococcus pyogenes, one of bacteria induced contagious skin infection, Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG) isolated from green tea, displayed antimicrobial properties at various concentrations, through effectively reduced GAS bacteria cellular attachment and induced GAS cell death(5).

Resveratrol is a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in grape inhibited also methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus through disturbing the expression of genes related to QS in bacterial density(6), through its antioxidant activity(1). According to the joint study by the Capital Medical University, resveratrol of the polyphenols, inhibited the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), determined by the checkerboard agar dilution method(7).
Dr. Sakagami Y and colleagues at the Kinki University said" Two resveratrol trimers, gnemonol B isolated from Gnetum gnemon and gnetin E,....exhibit strong antibacterial activities against vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)" and ",(may be used) alone or in combination with antibiotics might be useful in controlling and treating VRE and MRSA infections"(2).

Taking altogether, intake of combination of green tea and grape may as a cornerstone for further investigation of the validation.
